Terms
Payment
Full payment must be made as agreed, either in advance or on the invoice due date.
Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled event, the full amount will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the event, we are unfortunately unable to refund your payment as resources and time have already been allocated for your booking.
Reschedule
We offer the option to rebook to another date at no extra cost, provided that the rebooking is made more than 48 hours before the event and that there is availability on the new date.
